If you’ve got a question, there’s a decent chance someone else has asked it too. Below you’ll find answers to the most common ones. If you’re still unsure, send an email and I’ll try to help—provided it’s not already answered here.

What Exactly is Creative Clicks?

Creative Clicks is a design studio based in Cyprus that offers high-quality, custom-designed Squarespace templates and digital resources to help creatives, freelancers, and small businesses build beautiful websites—without the web designer price tag. I also offer limited one-off services like branding, SEO audits, and copywriting if you’re looking for a more bespoke touch.

What do I get when I buy a Template?

Each Squarespace template purchase includes:

  • A fully-designed demo site built with Squarespace 7.1

  • A duplicated version of the demo site transferred to your Squarespace account, which you can customise as your own, along with a detailed PDF setup guide

  • A setup guide (PDF) that walks you through everything step-by-step

  • Tips for personalising the design and making it your own

Some templates also include bonus resources like colour palettes, font pairings, or example copy prompts.

Can I use the same template for more than one website?

Technically, yes. You could duplicate the site as many times as you like, but legally, each template comes with a single-use license, which means you're allowed to use it for one website—whether it’s your own or a client’s.

While I won’t police your account, the license prohibits reselling or rebranding the design as your own. If you're building multiple sites or using the template professionally for several clients, please reach out for a multi-use or agency license.

Are your templates customisable?

Absolutely. Everything is built within Squarespace’s native features, which means you can edit fonts, colours, images, layouts, and content without touching code. If you want to make advanced changes (like custom CSS), that’s totally up to you—but not required.

Do the templates include blog layouts?

Some do, and some don’t. Check the product description on each template listing for specifics. If blogging is a key feature for your brand, choose a template that includes a styled blog layout—or reach out and ask before purchasing.

Do you offer Refunds?

Unfortunately, not. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of templates, all sales are final. Once you’ve received a share key or transferred file, it can’t be “returned.” If something’s not working as expected, I’m always happy to help you troubleshoot—but I don’t issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or “I didn’t read the product page properly” moments.

Do you offer custom design or branding services?

Sometimes, yes. I carefully select a handful of custom projects each year so I can give them the time, creativity, and attention they deserve. If you're interested in working with me 1:1 for a branding or design package, copy audit, or SEO tune-up, feel free to reach out via the contact page. I open up limited project spots depending on my availability.

Will I need a Squarespace Subscription?

Yes. These templates are designed for use with Squarespace 7.1, and you’ll need an active Squarespace plan to publish your site. You can start with a free trial and upgrade once you're ready to go live. Squarespace charges separately for hosting and my templates do not include a Squarespace subscription upon purchase.

I’m new to Squarespace. Is this going to be overwhelming?

Not if you follow the guide and take it one section at a time. The templates are made to be intuitive, and the setup documentation assumes zero tech background. If you know how to drag, drop, and click buttons—you’ll be just fine.

I didn’t get my download - what now?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find the email confirming your template transfer, get in touch via the contact form and I’ll sort it out. Just make sure to include your order number or the email address you used at checkout.

Templates are transferred directly to your Squarespace account, not sent as downloads—so make sure you’ve shared the correct site invitation or contributor email when requested.

Can I use your template for client work?

Yes—but one license = one client. If you're a designer or developer looking to use the same template across multiple client sites, please contact me for a multi-use or agency license. Stealing or duplicating templates across dozens of sites without permission isn’t just unethical—it’s illegal.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are not available for template purchases. These must be paid in full at checkout, as they’re delivered instantly and access cannot be revoked.

However, for custom 1:1 projects such as branding or web design, I may offer payment plans depending on the scope and timeline. Feel free to ask if you're considering a bespoke service.

Can I become an affiliate?

If you’re a designer, business coach, or educator with an aligned audience, I’m open to partnerships. I don’t have a public affiliate programme (yet), but feel free to reach out if you’re interested in collaborating.
